EXCHANGE

• We happily offer exchanges on all products (except intimate wear such as swimwear, bodysuits and lingerie, which must have their original tags and hygiene stickers). Simply make sure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please note, exchanges are limited to once per order, and store credit (valid for 13 months) will be issued for exchanged items. Packages that don't fulfil the above conditions will be rejected in QC and returned to the customer. Please Note Items purchased with a gift card cannot be returned or exchanged again.
